Can anyone help my golf game?

That’s kind of like asking a commercial airline pilot how to fly a boeing 747. There are so many variables … stance, ball position, grip, alignment, take away, impact …. Go see a pro, he’ll get you all squared away. I wouldn’t necessarily go out and buy any new gear, but if you feel the psychological benefits (because right now that’s all they’d be) are worth it, I’d go with the TM. But before you go and buy it on ebay, check some local retailers, you might be able to get one for the same price (or cheaper if it’s a demo) and not incur the ridiculous shipping rates most golf shops charge on ebay. Plus, you’ll actually get to hit it before buying. Who knows you might not even like it.

If you are just starting, and love the game, then getting a coach is the right way to go…

The fees differ … check out your local range or club …

As for the driver, or any clubs actually, it also depends on your swing …

Get a Pro. Taylormade 300 Ti is good and cheap. Mizuno usually is more expensive. They’re easier to hit though. But Taylormade 300 Ti is quite easy to hit, too. Just sold mine and bought Nike Sas.

read Ben Hogan’s “5 Lessons” and Jack Nicklaus’ “Golf My Way”. These classics cover the fundamentals better than anyone could on yahoo.

the best advice I could give would be to remember always to just try and have fun. It’s only a game and a score is not important. Stay limber and in good shape. Daily stretching especialy torso and shoulders, neck, but mainly obligues. Try not to think so much about what your doing, the brain can get in the way. Find a routine that gives you confidence and stick with it then clear your mind and let the body take over.
